i am facing a problem with sales plan and reports as Sales Target vs Pipeline.
I explain the situation.
I have created some opportunities for an Jimmy File account of US sales unit. I set these opportunities as Won.
I have created a Sales target plan for US sales unit and selected Jimmy File account as granularity.
Now, using reports mentioned before, i would to compare revenues and targets.
The problem is, inside the reports, each time i select the Account, Sales Plan, Year, Sales unit, etc. i get this warning: "No report data available to display; check the selection". But i am sure that the selection is correct. See picture below.
Instead, if i select only year and Account, i get the graph with only generated revenue and not target, as shown below
Can anyone of you help me to reach my aim (Compare sales targets and actual revenues) ?
