Receiving E-mail notificactions for approval process

Hi experts,

I want to know if it is  possible that the system sends an e-mail to an user responsible of approving opportunities when one of them is sent to.

I´ve configured the next:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Choose the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the your implementation project.
4. Click on the Edit Project Scope button.
5. Navigate to step 4 Questions.
6. Open the element Communication and Information Exchange->Business Process Management-> Business Task Management
7. On the left side under Group: Business Task Management with Different Notification Channels
8. Activate the question: Do you want to use e-mail to notify business users about Business Task Management items?
9. Please ensure that the second question is NOT activated: Do you want to notify business users using e-mail without additional subcription about Business Task Management items?

But i´m not receiving e-mails from opportunities sent for approval,  and i´m the user who approves because i get the task into the system, but not tue e-mail.
