Hi Experts,
We are trying to create a report based on Fiscal Year and revenue split in an opportunity to determine the forecasted sale over the fiscal year. We have completed the fiscal year variant activation steps under fine-tune and now are able to view and include fiscal year reporting parameters in the report.
We have created a new data source using inner join data sources Opportunity header and Revenue Plan Item for this report.
The issue we are facing is when trying to see the report based on FY16 (July 2015 - June 2016) and Revenue Plan Month, we have a mismatch between Fiscal Year/Quarter and Revenue Plan Month (s) as shown in the screenshot.
As for fiscal year FY16, Q1 starts from July 2015 but for Revenue Plan Month, the starting month for 2016/Q1 is January 2016 (screenshot attached). Due to this, we are unable to see the revenue split data between months July 2015 - December 2015.
We were expecting FY16 data to present us with revenue plan month matched with the fiscal year, starting from July 2015 for FY2016 Q1.
Can somebody please help me if I have missed any steps?
