our customer is thinking of an integration between the currently used newsletter tool emarsys and c4c.
Has this already been realized at any customer?
I was searching for some marketing web services which e.g. can export target groups from c4c into emarsys.
One of the cases would be to create a target group in c4c and then send it to emarsys. Then the newsletter is created in emarsys and sent to the target group.
However I could neither find any marketing web services nor anything related to emarsys.
Can you please help?
